Partition "Tab" greyed out.

Hi

This is my computer:

and my issue is with the "Partition" button in Disk Utility. I've got a new Seagate hard drive, and I formatted it to MacOS Extended. Can you help?

Note the greyed out "Partition" button.

But not when I click on the "APPLE SSD" drive.
