Trying to upload an IOS 11 iCloud backup from m...

I got a new iPad Pro today, the IOS version was 10.3.3 I backed up my old IPad Air to iCloud the IOS version was 11.2. During the original restore itidicated that IOS version 11 backuo could be restored to IOS.  I the reset the factory settings and set up as a new IPad With access to internet etc.  i then upgraded the iOS from version 10 to version 11.  I now wanted to restore the iPad Air backup to the the new IPad Pro, but cannot seem to find the process to do this. Any suggestions?
