Why can I log in to Alibaba.com but not to TradeManager?

1. Make sure your Internet connection is active and stable.

2. Check your proxy settings:

Open Alibaba.com and select Internet Options

Go to Connections and then click LAN settings. If your LAN Settings are selected with address and port settings filled-in, it means that your browser is using a proxy server.

To apply these proxy settings to TradeManager. follow these steps:

1. Click Settings at the bottom bar of TradeManager.

2. Click Network Settings in the Settings window. 

3. Select ‘Use Proxy’ after clicking ‘Network Settings’.

4. Select ‘Use Http Proxy’ (Or choose ‘Browser Proxy’).

5. Enter the appropriate Server and Port numbers

6. Confirm that your firewall allows access to the TradeManager program.
