Who can quote my RFQ?
To be eligible to quote Buying Requests, suppliers must be either a Gold Supplier or a Verified Member who does not have a history of violating Alibaba.com’s rules and policies, or a history of complaints made by other members of Alibaba.com or any other third-party in the last 6 months.
If a supplier is neither a Gold Supplier nor a Verified Member, they should apply to become a Verified Member or upgrade to Gold Supplier membership on www.alibaba.com before quoting a Buying Request.
