My picture has been stolen. What can I do?
Please follow the instructions below to submit a complaint at AliProtect:
1. Register an account at AliProtect (https://legal.alibaba.com/)
2. Sign in to AliProtect, click “Submit IPR” and enter the information required.
3. Please select “Copyright” as the IPR type. For your registration region, if you are not in mainland China, please select “Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan or Overseas” .
4. Click “Add Documents” to submit relevant files. You can upload a copyright registration certificate or a DOC file claiming that you are the owner of the picture. Please include your official website address or other evidence in the file.
5. Upload your identification documents before you click “Submit for Verification”.
Once your documents are uploaded, you can find them in "IPR Management" with the status "Pending verification". Normally, it takes 3 to 5 business days to verify your documents.
6. After your documents are approved, you can submit the infringing product listings under "Submit Listings" in "IPR Complaints". Once the allegedly infringing listings have been matched with your IPR claim, we will start processing your complaint.
