How do I use the “Reseller Tools”?

Reselling products sourced on Alibaba.com can now be done through My Alibaba! To learn how to resell products through My Alibaba, please see our step-by-step guide below:

Step1: Log in to My Alibaba and click “Reseller Tools” under “For Reseller”

Step 5: Click to list on Amazon or eBay (this will create a product post for the selected platform based on the relevant template)

Step 6: Choose the platform(s) to authorize , then log into your Amazon or Ebay account. Click “Authorize” to complete

Note: You can also authorize by clicking “Channel Authorizations”, logging into your Amazon or eBay account and authorizing there.

Step 7: Fill out the product information

1)  Product Title: universal title entered on all channels, editable on each channel

2)  Image: universal image entered on all channels, editable on each channel

3)  Product Price: universal price entered on all channels, editable on each channel

4)  Sale price: discount price: This sale price will be the selling price on all channels that support a sale price

5)  Cost: Enter in your cost for this product

6)  In Stock: Total quantity of this product

7)  Size: this is universally used across all channels to identify the size of the item

8)  Color: this is universally used across all channels to identify the color of the item

9)  Brand: this is universally used across all channels to identify the brand of the item

10)  SKU: Product SKU, universally used on each channels

11)  Weight

12)  Dimensions

13)  Box Weight

14)  Dim weight

15)  Description: Automatic acquisition

Step 8: In the Amazon section, enter the ASIN

(1)  ASIN : Amazon standard identification number, this is a unique number assigned to every item listed on Amazon.com. You can list products by including just on ASIN Brand
(2)  Product Title: Amazon title: original copied from title, modify this specifically for Amazon
(3)  Product Price: Amazon price: original copied from title, modify this specifically for a different price on Amazon

In the eBay section, fill out the information In this section, modify your product details and presentation for your eBay audience. Customizable information includes: 1.  Product title 2.  Product image 3.  Product Price 4.  Caregory 5.  Category ID 6.  Shipping Profile 7.  Payment Prpfile 8.  Size 9.  Color 10.  Brand 11.  SKU

Step 9: Click “Publish” to complete posting reseller12.png


Step10: Filter by “Published Products” to view and manage products that have been successfully exported; edit product details or restock inventory.

Step 11: You can publish or unpublish multiple items at once. Select the items you wish to manage and click "On Display" or "Offline" to manage them on all Amazon or eBay.
