Standard Inspection Process

Inspection Initiation

- Inform the supplier of our bribery disciplinary policies and have him/her confirm and sign our standards declaration
- Ask the supplier to provide and arrange suitable testing measurement devices and the sufficient manpower support

Quantity verification

- Quantity check
- 80% finished production; 80% finished packing

Package; identifier; model and color verification

- Sample size: 3 pcs/item

- Reference samples checked

Workmanship check

- Standard: ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, ISO2859
- Sample size “Level II

- Critical defect: Not allowed, Major defect: 2.5, Minor defect: 4.0

- Photographic evidence for detected defects

Other inspections

- Other inspections as required by seller and buyer (according to contractual requirements)
- If common industry or inspection standards are used, or when inspecting special product types, the inspection company will notify both the buyer and supplier of their inspection proposal

Inspection Finalization

- Once inspection results and report are completed, the supplier will be asked to confirm the results

Note:

For a Level II Sampling Plan of 1,000 pieces, the inspectors will check 80pcs for workmanship. If 0 critical defects, 2 major defects and 8 minor defects are found, the inspection result is fail (only 7 minor defects are allowed).
