How can I cancel a Secure Payment order?

If the order is waiting for confirmation:

Please go to the All Orders section of My Alibaba. Find your order and click Cancel Order.

If the order is waiting for payment:
You cannot cancel the order at this status, but it will be closed automatically if you do not pay it in 20 days.

If you have already paid but the supplier has not yet shipped:
Please click contact the supplier and reach an agreement. After the supplier approves your cancellation request, your order will be cancelled and the payment will be returned to your account.


If you order has already been shipped:
Please click Open Dispute. You need to negotiate with the supplier directly. You can apply for a refund before your order closes.
