How can I delete emails?

If you want to delete a message, can click on the Delete button at the top of the Inquiry Detail page as shown below.

Alternatively, you can select the message you want to delete in the All Inquiries page and press Delete.

Caution: Once you click Delete, the whole conversation will be deleted and kept in the Trash Box as shown below:

If you want to permanently delete a conversation, you can repeat the steps for All Inquiries in Trash Box.
