What are the services I can expect from Purchasing Agents?
You can select purchasing services based on your needs; the service fee is determined independently upon the terms of service and scope agreed to between you and the purchasing agent. Purchasing services include but are not limited to the following:
1. Business Travel Support: Flight booking, hotel booking, airport pick-up, itinerary planning, market advisory, etc.
2. Purchasing and Order Service: Purchasing agents handle all administrative matters related to the purchasing process from placing to managing and confirming orders. The agents also verify order details such as documentation, lead time, quality and quantity of product(s).
3. Supplier/Factory Sourcing Selection: Purchasing agents search their database of suppliers and factories to make recommendations to you based on your requirements and specifications.
4. Price Negotiation: Purchasing agents negotiate with suppliers to secure the lowest price for you.
5. Contract Negotiation: Purchasing agents are responsible for negotiating contract terms with suppliers and ensuring that the terms are in accordance to the your specifications and requirements.
6. Production Monitor: Purchasing agents monitor the manufacturing process until production is completed and you will receive periodic updates on the status of your products.
7. Translation/Interpretation Service: Languages include Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Japanese and Korean.
8. Pre-shipment Inspection to Final Random Inspection: Purchasing agents verify order details such as product description, quantity, quality inspection (i.e. workmanship, functions and safety), packaging, and shipping mark before order is shipped to you.
9. Factory Audit: Purchasing agents audit factory processes, systems and services to ensure that the suppliers’ comply to your requirements and standards.
