How can I contact suppliers with the web version of TradeManager?
If you have not installed TradeManager application on your computer/system, you can still sign-in to the web version of TradeManager. Click the blue TradeManager icon on the search list page (or other pages where it appears on Alibaba.com):
You can then chat with the supplier in real-time. After you sign-in, you can always communicate with your supplier contacts by clicking this icon in the bottom right hand corner of your computer:
The web version of TradeManager does not have the complete functionality of the PC/Mac version of TradeManager, so we suggest you download and install the correct version for your computer's operating system for an improved experience.
