How do I draft a Trade Assurance order?

Kindly note that you could click here to order with Trade Assurance directly via clicking "Draft Trade Assurance Order" button as follows:


Step 1. Enter the supplier’s email address directly: the supplier shoule be able to do Trade Assurance order service with you.


Step 2. Drag your document here online or upload your order documents from computer (such as contract, quotation, proforma invoice as PI or other attachments, which are always issued by your supplier directly).

You may upload up to 5 attachments. The maximum attachment size is 10MB. Supported formats include: XLSX,XLS,DOC,DOCX,JPG,PNG,JPEG,GIF,TIF,PDF,TXT.

If you are unsure which document type to upload, please click "see the example here" button as follows:


Product name is necessary. Please enter the product name in Enlish specified in your contract. Also please use "," aroud each one. You may enter up to 500 characters.

Step 3. Enter your preferred payment details for the order.


Step 4. Select your preferred Trade Assurance coverage option.


Step 5. Tell your supplier your product quality requirements.

You may enter up to 10,000 characters, the specific quality requirements will be updated into your Trade Assurance contract.


Step 6. Click "Submit" button.


Kindly remind your supplier to check and confirm the Trade Assurance order for you.
