What is FOB?
FOB is the abbreviation for Free On Board. A trade term requiring the seller to deliver goods on board a vessel designated by the buyer. The seller fulfills its obligations to deliver when the goods have passed over the ship's rail. When used in trade terms, the word "free" means the seller has an obligation to deliver goods to a named place for transfer to a carrier. And it doesn't mean Free Shipping.
After the seller ship the goods to the named place for transfer to a carrier, the buyer will take the rest responsibility and other fees such as shipping fee. Futhermore, if it shows as FOB Price US $10-100, that means the price range is from $10 to $100 according to the seasons or the order quantity.
