If you get this alert message, please make sure you exit TradeManager. Follow the steps below:
Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete at the same time Select Task Manager Find TradeManager in the Applications tab or AliIM.exe *32 in the Processes tabRight-click and select End Process from the list.
You can then try to uninstall TradeManager again.
