If you find the web version of TradeManager launches on your Google's Chrome browser, you can fix the issue as described below:
1. Find the Add-ons in Firefox and look for TradeManager.
2. Click the Always allowed checkbox for TradeManager Plug-In for Firefox and Netscape, and make sure they are not disabled.
Note: If you cannot see the TradeManager add-ons, you should reinstall TradeManager and try again.
