How do I uninstall TradeManager?

To uninstall Trade manager, follow these steps:

For Microsoft's Windows operating system:

Open your Control Panel (Start- Control Panel, or Start- Settings- Control Panel) Click Add/Remove Programs Select TradeManager from the list Click Remove

 

For Apple's Mac OSX operating system:

Drag the TradeManager application to the Trash. 



Note: Trade Manager can’t be uninstalled if it is in running. If you receive an error message as “Unable to uninstall while TradeManager is running”, please make sure you exit TradeManager. Follow the steps below:

1.  Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete at the same time

2.  Select Task Manager

3.  Find TradeManager in the Applications tab or AliIM.exe *32 in the Processes tab

4.  Right-click and select End Process from the list. Then try to uninstall TradeManager again.
