Reseller tools will be temporarily unavailable starting March 30, 2017

Reseller Tools was launched by Alibaba.com to help resellers quickly and easily buy and resell products from Alibaba.com onto other platforms.

While our initial rollout was a success, we hope to further enhance our services in the short-term. For this reason, the below Reseller Tools functions will not be accessible during the maintenance period:

1. Post / manage products in “My Alibaba”

2. Amazon / eBay account authorization

We apologize for any Inconvenience caused by this.

Q: I have posted products onto Amazon and/or eBay using Reseller Tools - how can I manage these products?

A: You can still manage those products on Amazon and eBay respectively.

Q: I have posted products onto Amazon and/or eBay using Reseller Tools - will those products be taken offline from Amazon or eBay?

A: No. You will temporarily have no access to manage Reseller products in “My Alibaba”, but your Amazon/eBay postings will not be affected.

Q: Can I check my posted products in “My Alibaba”

A: No. You will temporarily have no access to manage Reseller products in “My Alibaba”, but your Amazon/eBay postings will not be affected.

Q: How will the existing links between “My Alibaba” and my Amazon/eBay postings be affected?

A: The link with your eBay/Amazon store will be broken until further notice, including data-syncing and notifications.
