After payment, when do I receive my goods?
Before you inquire about shipping times, please make sure the supplier is able to ship the product in time,
After placing an order online, you can check all the details of the order in “All Orders” under “Order Management” in My Alibaba. To learn how to track the order, please click here.

For more approximate shipping times, please contact the supplier directly, since all the shipping issue is arranged by the supplier. Please note that Alibaba.com is only a platform for buyers and suppliers to exchange trading information and we will not be involved with any trading process between the buyer and the supplier.
Note: if you have placed an order through the Secure Payment service on Alibaba.com and you have not received the goods yet, please ask the supplier to extend the process time before the order is automatically closed and the payment is released to the supplier. You can also choose to cancel the transaction or submit a Refund Request for this order.
