When should I release payment to the inspector?
If you are happy with the inspection report, accept the inspection report and agree to release payment within 7 days after the report is submitted.
If you are unsatisfied with the inspection, you can file a dispute regarding the Inspection Service, or you can submit a refund request to the inspector.
If you need to delay payment, ask the inspector to extend the deadline for payment release.
If you do not take any of the action listed above within 7 days, your payment will be released to the inspector automatically.
