Mid 2011 21.5" iMac power button issue

Sometimes, when I try to turn on my iMac, I push in the power button in the center, hear the click, but my iMac does not turn on. It seems that I have to press the power button towards the edge of the button and then it turns on. No other issues at all with this iMac. It sounds like the problem is the power button.  Or, it could be the PSU.  Can the power button on my unit be replaced?  Or would I have to get another PSU?  Thanks.
