Intermittent wireless problem loading web pages...

Hi All -

I have an intermittent wireless issue. When it occurs, web pages are very slow to load. If I ping my router through my wireless access point, packet loss is anywhere from 20 - 70%. I used the built-in OS wireless diagnostic and it also detected a problem and created a big (115MB) log file. Other computers/phones on the wireless network are fine. The MacBook appears to be connecting on 2.4GHz. The Unifi access point automatically negotiates 2.4 or 5GHz. The AP is about 20 feet away, with little obstruction. Thoughts? Bad wireless card or antenna?
