When it drops to 50%? Before? After? Which battery charge percentage is best to do such recharge?

 

For instance, in the case of new Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad & Magic Mouse 2.

The Mac's Notifications area and Bluetooth menu will tell you when they need to be charged.

There isn't anything more to it than that. Apple doesn't build things that need the kind of minutia with which you seem to concern yourself. Charge them when it's convenient for you to do so. Please read Batteries - Maximizing Performance - Apple.
