VM啟動報錯Cannot open the disk，Failed to lock the file

在windows下運行VMware創建的虛擬機時出錯，無法運行。
錯誤提示大概為：
Failed to lock the file

Cannot open the disk 'D:\Windows Server 2008 R2 x64.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

解決方法：

       把虛擬機文件夾裏【.lck】後綴的文件/文件夾刪除即可。
