Computer beeps on startup. *Read detailed description*

Ok so i just cleaned my keyboard, on a desktop.

Hpz400 workstation.

Keyboard is a acer sk-9625

Do heres what i did to the keyboard. Popped out all the keys, put them in water, took out the cover, took out the membrane, DID NOT TOUCH THE CIRCUIT BOARD. And washed the parts that i took out with water, let it dry under the sun for 1h, and put everything back together. Now when i plug it in to my desktop. It beeps continuously (shortly) non stop. I have a boot up password, so it just beeps on that screen.

The keys seems very delayed and unresponsive.

I was able to make it work normally by holding down numlock. And at the actual logon screen the beeping stops and works normally.. I just experienced this problem so i dont know if i should let it dry or something. Pls help.

Edit: i just restarted the computer, now i have to hold down numlock or else it freezez. Again, works normally after bootup
