windows 10 didn't show the uninstall shortcut on start menu

 I created a program shortcut and it's uninstall shortcut in windows folder ""C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\VZW upgrade tool" using installshield as below:

the Uninstall target is ""C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{99324932-9C19-4CA3-9625-D9365E8E0264}\VZWSUASetup.exe" -uninstall -english"

both of them are ok on windows 7,  but in windows 10,  the Uninstall shortcut is not shown on start menu, but the program shortcut is ok.  why?
