Some fonts not showing on Mac

I have a new iMac and installed fonts i've got over the years from my backup and moved them to my new iMac....

but some fonts aren't showing on various things, such as Facebook, also when printing a label from Amazon it wasn't showing text when choosing the printers etc, it's just various different places, and sometimes I get a question mark with a box around it.....

I went on to validate fonts on FontBook but still nothing has changed.

What do I do to sort this?

Example below... this is on Facebook, usually it would show to create an album etc but it doesn't actually say anything now.... but i'm not sure if this is just a brower thing or not, i've tried both Safari and Google Chrome and

Some others from Facebook too, but it isn't just Facebook, as I said, I tried printing a label from Amazon and I couldn't has text wasn't showing on the buttons so I didn't know what I was pressing.
