nagios客戶端未啟動報錯

在Nagios安裝配置完畢並且添加了主機及服務後,即可在WEB中查看Map及Hosts等信息了.有時可能會報以下錯誤:

Error: Could not read object configuration data!

Here are some things you should check in order to resolve this error:

Verify configuration options using the -v command-line option to check for errors.

Check the Nagios log file for messages relating to startup or status data errors.

Make sure you've compiled the main program and the CGIs to use the same object data storage options (i.e. default text file or template-based file).

Make sure you read the documentation on installing, configuring and running Nagios thoroughly before continuing. If all else fails, try sending a message to one of the mailing lists. More information can be found at https://www.nagios.org.

那麼,這個是因為我們沒有啟動Nagios的後台進程所導致的,隻要執行下麵的命令即可解決.

# /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -d /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg

# /usr/local/etc/rc.d/nagios start
