Windows 10 家庭版本 : Error message when I attempt to change the

Dear MS,

I purchased Windows 10 家庭版本 on Jan/13/2018 and I met this err when I attempt to change a Trados software.

'Type: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException, mscorlib, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'

And I found the resolution on a MS website (MS says there is such errors and provided detailed solution) :

But the problem is that there is no such folder in my win 10 :"C:\Program files\Windows Small Business Server\Bin\GroupPolicyLib.dll"

It seems the explanation is about SBS not Win 10.

Would you let me know how to solve the error when it's win 10 家庭版本 please ?
