Why cant i buy coins in one game with my account? They say that there is a mistake with my apple account

What's the actual message that you are getting (we are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know what you are seeing) ?

 

If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then you can do so via this link and ask them for help : https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

 

If it's a different problem ... ?
