Cannot turn off flight mode, WiFi settings bar disappear

The other day i was trying to connect bluetooth with my headphone, it searched for devices for about 10 mins but nothing poped out. Then i checked my setting and saw my airplane mode was on, i then tried to switch it off but when i clicked it i wouldnt let me do it. Then i turned off my wifi and bluetooth and restarted my dell xps 13.

After restarting it, the wifi settings were gone, in system settings, its gone, on the buttom right of the screen in the bar thing, its gone, i cannot turn the wifi on, and airplane mode doesnt switch off either. 

I need help quick, i dont know what is going on with my laptop. Anybody have the same situation please help me!!!
