I keep having to turn my wifi off and on again ...
I have an older macbook pro from 2011 and all of my apps and operating systems are completely up to date. Lately i've been noticing that my wifi hasn't been keeping its connection very well. I am able to connect to the wifi network and it will stay connected but I notice that if i'm streaming a tv show or not actively using my internet it will kind of short out even though it says i'm still connected at full strength. Once I turn off the wifi on my computer and reconnect it works just fine but it is annoying to have to do every 20-40 minutes. I've run network diagnostics and the network and router have no issues and work fine for other devices. I'm fairly issue this is an issue that the laptop itself is having. I'm prepared to buy a new computer but would rather save the money since this is the only problem i've had with it. Any suggestions?
