win10 visual studio2015 cannot JoinMulticastGroup

When operating a program by visual studio2015 on win10 , I found the setted udpclient cannot connect MulticastGroup.

Howere,the wireshark can clearly catch the message transmited from the MulticastGroup.

And...When change a desktop,which using win7,the same program can easily run.

I don't know why???

ANY HELP WILL BE HIGHLY APPRICATE!!!
