Why when playing audio from web browser does it...

Played music to Airplay speaker from Music App - then closed the Music App.

Next time I play audio in web browser, it outputs to the Airplay speaker and not the device. Even if turn wifi off & back on then it still outputs via the Airplay speaker.

Only way I can see to change this is by opening the Music App and selecting the device…. What an absolute ******!

Why, oh why after every single iOS update do I have to relearn how to do things?!!

Correct - never too old. However, I'm afraid I no longer have the patience to re-learn things with each software version.
