I Purchased an In

So on Friday 13th, I purchased a "fistful of coins" from the app Social Bay, which increase Instagram Followers I bought it and received it but looking at my statements from my bank account it doesn't show that I was charged for it. It shows the recent purchases of $0.99 on my Itunes account, but not in my bank account I paid with my debit card, is the seller busy or what? I don't I just want to see the $0.99 cents charged in my account.
