Unable to install "Activity"

After pairing my Apple Watch 3 (4.0.1) with my iPhone 8+ (11.0.3) and get everything synchronize, I get the message Unable to install "Activity". Please try again later. The iPhone clearly shows the Activity app icon with the little cloud, however it fails to install for some reason.

 

This is my first time using an Apple Watch, and because of this issue I am getting a little frustrated and I am not sure what to expect when using the native functionalities that are supposed to work.

 

Some of the things I have attempted include:

  • I have reset network settings.
  • I have restore my iPhone.
  • I have unpaired/paired back without success.
  • Tried multiple Wi-Fi connections and multiple cellular technologies (3G and LTE)
  • Checked firewalls in most of the Wi-Fi networks that I have access to.

 

I am able to download pretty much any other app, except that particular one, which makes me think that this is related to an issue on the server hosting the Activity app. At this moment I have not been able to find any workaround to this problem.

 

Any idea of things I can do to get this App?
