方法一：
try{
Field field=R.drawable.class.getField("icon");
int i= field.getInt(new R.drawable());

方法二：
Resources res=getResources();
int i=res.getIdentifier("icon","drawable",getPackageName());
Log.i("res",Integer.toString(i));
