問題：ArcGIS version not specified. You must call RuntimeManager.Bind before creating any ArcGIS components.

解決方案：

1、拖動工具箱中的LicenseControl控件到窗體

2、在程序主入口中（program.cs）添加代碼，添加後如下：

{
    static class Program
    {
        /// <summary>
        /// The main entry point for the application.
        /// </summary>
        [STAThread]
        static void Main()
        {
            ESRI.ArcGIS.RuntimeManager.Bind(ESRI.ArcGIS.ProductCode.EngineOrDesktop);
            Application.EnableVisualStyles();
            Application.SetCompatibleTextRenderingDefault(false);
            Application.Run(new Form1());
        }
    }
}
