ios 11 Clock in menu bar differen from other icon

With ios 11.0.1, when the clock shows up in the task bar, the clock icon also on the screen stops working and shows an incorrect time.   I would upload a photo of this phenomenon but this forum only allows for a 2MB picture, and the screenshot is 3.4MB.  Sigh.

Other users are reporting the same issue. Try a Restart and report to Apple.
