Folders Display First in Finder

Anyone know if Apple is going to create an option to display folders before files in Finder El Capitan?

Since El Capitan is not the most current OS for the Mac, I would say that it is highly unlikely that any changes will be made to it.

 

If you select the second View option in the Finder (the one with the lines), and then select "Kind" in the Arrange option, it will display folders first:
