The worth of an iPod touch in 2017

I’m trying to see how much should I sell my iPod touch fifth-generation 32 GB damaged iPod for will not charge need a new battery but is in good condition other than the battery no scratches

If it isn't working or has issues, you are not going to get very much for this.

If you bring it into a local Apple Store, they will give you some cash/credit/gift card as a recycled item.
