Magic Mouse 2 on MacBook Pro 2010

I bought a week ago Magic Mouse 2 and I have a MacBook Pro 2010...

The problem is that my author is authoring the book, it gives me the use of right cards...

I can not scroll / set touch options on my mouse.

What do we do in this situation?

I can't see what OS you're running in the pic you posted, but you need to be running 10.11 or later.
