Duplicate bookmarks

I am using iCloud to share my bookmark of iMac with other MacBook Air and Windows 10 tablets.  Recently the bookmarks duplicated themselves 2-14 times.  How can I remove those duplicate and prevent from duplication in future?

In addition, Safari does not have bookmark management tool such as sorting, etc.  Can someone suggest a good tool for it.  Thanks!
