Replaced Hard Drive

Hello! I just brought my MacBook Pro (mid 2012) home from Apple - I had to have my hard drive replaced. Before Apple replaced the hard drive, I made sure my iPhone had all my iTunes songs up to date, and saved my documents and files to a USB.

How can I transfer my iTunes, Photos, Contacts etc from my iPhone to my MacBook?

I signed into my iTunes on my MacBook and it was only able to pull my iTunes Store purchases to my library - none of the songs I had from CDs (which is the majority of my music).

I'm worried if I plug my phone into my MacBook its limited/blank iTunes, Photos, Contacts etc will sync with my iPhone and delete everything I saved to it.

To clarify - I want to transfer my iTunes, photos and contacts (etc) from my iPhone --> to my MacBook.

iCloud doesn't have my most recent files because it is full. (I'm still figuring out how to delete old files from iCloud to backup my new content.)
