Restore from backup

Some sensitive photos were deleted from my phone and mac and I need to have them restored to my mac and iPhone 7. I have 2tb of cloud storage so I hopeful that I can recover them. How do I do that. I do not see a retore deleted photos and videos anywhere in photos Please help

Did you backup your iPhone to iCloud?

Did you backup your iPhone to iTunes on your computer?

Did you backup the photos on your computer?

iCloud is a solution to sync data between devices not a backup solution.

When did you delete them, deleted photos will be held in the recently deleted folder for 30 days.

Do you see a Recently Deleted album in the Photos application, the Photos app, or at iCloud.com/Photos?

iCloud backs nothing up except the IOS backup which dow not have archiving or selective recovery - you can only completely restore your last IOS backup

Your best bet is the recently deleted album - but we need more information to give specifics - what version ot the Mac OS are you using? Do you have a recently deleted album on your IOS Photos or iCloud.com/photos?
