Rough Pro screen?

I am on my 3rd 2nd hen 12.9 Pro. They all had unevenly rough screens that affect the flow of the Pencil. Apple manager said my only option was to exchange again, which I did. There are threads about this on Reddit and FB, but no explanations or solutions, or help from Apple. Sound familiar.
