KeyBoard and trackpad not responding

My in built keyboard and trackpad are not responding. before it was working when we restarted the computer,. now in any condition it is not working.. I formatted the whole pc and still it is same,.

First, try resetting the NVRAM: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063 and SMC: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295.

Sometimes a battery can "bulge," expanding up into the trackpad/keyboard area and the cables there. Obviously this can cause issues, issues such as your Mac is experiencing. To see if this is the case, the bottom case needs to be removed so the battery can be visually inspected. If the battery is expanding, that is almost certainly the cause. It will need to be removed and properly disposed of ASAP, before it cracks open, exposing dangerous chemicals inside. If the battery is not expanding, check the cables from the trackpad and keyboard to the logic board to make sure they're properly connected. If you don't feel comfortable removing the cover and/or handling a bad battery, go to an Apple Store "genius" bar, where they can help: https://support.apple.com/contact.
