Apple Music after iOS 11 update.

Has anyone had the same issue that after the iOS 11 update “I” can no longer use Apple Music without using cellular data or WiFi. Not even to listen to already downloaded music. Should I keep the Apple Music service and hope they restore previous use of the app from iOS 10 or find another music service?
