problems with Exercise

Both my exercise and stand ring is not function properly on my Apple watch.

Excersise ring:

This ring goes round all day, even if I'm not exercising. Just by taking my dog on the morning walk gives me 25 of 30 minutes, and during my school-day i get another 40 minutes, so on one day, without any workout, i can get up to 65 minutes of exercise? How do I fix this?

Stand ring:

When I put my watch on my wrist in the morning I already have 1 hour of standing, and from there it counts almost every hour as standing, even if i´ve only been sitting at school.

The last 4 times I´ve done exercise I have tried to calibrate my watch to try to make the exercise-ring better, but it have had no effect this far. The stand-ring however, I have no Idea how to fix.

Does anyone have some good advice or, perhaps, experienced the same problem?
