Cannot get a refund on an in

I've bought the ''Imitater'' plant in Plant vs Zombies 2. But at the last stage something went wrong and when i just confirmed the payment, the game gave me this ''Failed purchase'' message. I searched the net and some people told me to restart my device and i did but the item i bought was not even there and when i try to buy it again (I have no intentions to buy it again, i was just checking it if it will send me a message saying ''You already bought this item'' etc.) but it did not.

So i contacted support to hope to get a refund and i received a mail saying that i cannot get a refund.

I kept replying about the reason why can't i get a refund on an item i did not even received. But nope, they just apologized and cut the conversation with me.

I tried to contact with an other person but for some reason i do not even receive an e-mail anymore.

I've received my bill as well but the item is still not showing.

Please, can somebody help me? I've just paid for a thing i did not even received.

Oh and If someone's asking I don't like to pay with my credit card (in case of these kind of situations) so my payment method are gift cards.
