Help with billing

I got charged every time I tried to update my credit card So it's $42.92 I tryed to view my billing history it wouldn't come up! I just want to find out why I got charged so muc!

Hi there, have a look at your purchase history to make sure what is happening: See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support and the contact the support to have a refund in case of mistakes: Get help with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support

When the payment method associated with an Apple ID, is changed or updated, Apple attempts to verify it by placing an authorization hold on it.   This hold should be reverted by your credit card company after a few days once its been verified.
